(Cincinnati Business Courier)  Eight home builders will participate in Homearama 2013 at Carriage Hill in Liberty Township.

The builders are Daniels Homes, Justin Doyle Homes, Leland Group, Robert Lucke Homes, Potterhill Homes, Somerset Custom Homes, W.V. deStefano Homes and Jack H. Wieland Builders.

Prices for homes in the 2013 Homearama are expected to range between $700,000 and $1.2 million. Two of the homes for the home show have already been sold.

Carriage Hill is located less than one mile from the Butler Regional Highway off state Route 747. The 400-acre development is located in Lakota School District and close to shopping, restaurants and several golf and country clubs.

“Now is a great time for those interested in buying a show home to design a home that reflects their own needs and wants,” Dan Dressman, executive director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, said in a news release. “Contracting with one of the show builders early on allows a buyer to determine exactly what they want their home to look like and receive all the upgrades at no additional cost. Having the Homearama label on a home also provides a decided competitive re-sale advantage.”

Homearama 2013 is scheduled for June 8 through June 23.
